Shipping policy

We use a variety of companies to despatch products including the Post Office, local and national couriers.

Goods are despatched and delivered to most Irish and UK addresses including Isle of Man & Channel Isles within 2-5 days. Goods to Europe can take up to 10 days with the rest of the world taking anything from 10 - 20 days. Do bear in mind in most cases delays are caused by local Customs authorities.

Orders are sent at buyer's risk. Customers who wish to have their orders insured in transit for damage and loss should contact us before ordering to obtain a quotation for insured delivery.
Customers are required to keep any damaged items and packaging until given further instructions reclaiming
for a replacement.

Personalised items naturally take longer to arrive and we would ask all customers to wait 28 days before reporting
non delivery.
